I learned for the first time at age 46 that I had an overbite. Since I wanted to have dental implants and other cosmetic dental work, I decided to have the necessary orthognathic surgery. I had no idea what I was in for. After the surgery I found blogs from fellow orthognathic patients and decided to create my own blog to log my adventure.
